Shipping Policy


Please allow up to a week for orders to be processed. If your order is a gift, please let us know so we can process the order sooner, if possible. 

Depending on orders volume and in order to offer you the best shipping speed, we can ship by any of these methods:
1. Usually we ship via regular post from Kyrgyzstan.
2. Sometimes we ship in bulk to the US via FedEx, and then our helper ships single orders via USPS.

We provide tracking number for all the packages. You will find the link to track your order in your order confirmation email. When a package arrives in your country, it can be tracked on the website of your national postal service: for example, USPS for orders from the US or La Poste for orders from France. Unfortunately, our tracking numbers can't be tracked in some countries: particularly in the UK and Australia. 

Delivery times may vary from country to country. We hope for your patience and understanding, since delivery times are beyond our control and we can't affect them. You can see approximate delivery timeframes based on our shipping experience below:

• EU countries: 2-8 weeks;
• USA: 2-6 weeks;
• Canada: 3-8 weeks;
• Australia, New Zealand and South American countries: 2-5 months;
• China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia: 3-6 weeks.


For buyers from the US, sales tax is charged at checkout. So the total sum of your order already includes it. 

When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. We are not responsible for the collection or determination of these fees, so we recommend that you check this information individually.

Depending on the country, the buyer may be required to pay these charges at the time of delivery (e.g. UK, European Union countries, China, South Korea, Switzerland, Japan, India, Taiwan and others). 


We resend missing orders in case:
— your order was returned to us for some reason
— your order has not arrived in 3 months from the date of shipment and there is no trace of it on the parcel tracking sites

— if some items are missing in your order: we'll send a replacement
— if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the product: we accept returns and replacements in some cases, if we agree with your assessment.


We can cancel your order and send you a refund only if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us with the reason for cancellation.


We refund missing orders in case all these conditions are met:
— your order hasn't show up in 3 months from shipment date AND its tracking number can't be tracked AND we can't send a replacement because items from your order are out of stock and won't be restocked soon

We don't resend or refund orders in case:
— the tracking number of your order shows that it was delivered to the addressee
— you filled the wrong address or your address changed while your order was in transit (please contact your local post office about this)
